a ) Customers must be at least 18 years old. We use industry-recognized third-party systems to verify your age. The system runs multiple independent checks to verify whether you are at least 21 years old, including credit records, etc. We perform as few checks as possible; the only situation where we check multiple records is if we are unable to verify your age using any previous checks.

b ) Returns and Exchanges. For product safety reasons, all items in our online store are sold on a non-returnable and non-exchangeable basis unless defective. Please place your order carefully. We do not accept any exchanges or returns under the following circumstances: I bought the wrong product; I do not like the flavor I received; I bought more than I needed; I no longer need it. However, if there are any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp, email, or Telegram and provide your order details.
